Training Data Authorization

Customer Input and Output

Training Permitted: No.

Provider does not use Customer Inputs or Outputs to train, fine-tune, improve, or develop any AI or machine learning models. This prohibition applies to all AI features across all Services.

This commitment is supported by the following technical and contractual guarantees:

  • Amazon Bedrock: AWS guarantees that customer inputs and outputs are not used to train foundation models. See AWS Bedrock Data Privacy FAQ.
  • Anthropic (via Bedrock): Anthropic has no direct access to Customer Data when accessed through Bedrock. All inference occurs within Provider's AWS account.
  • ConKurrence third-party providers: When Customer configures OpenAI or Google Gemini for validation runs, those providers' own data use policies apply. Provider has no control over third-party provider data handling.

Training Data

Not applicable — Provider does not use any Customer Data as Training Data.

Training Restrictions

All training is prohibited. No exceptions.

Output Ownership

  • Analysis results (findings, confidence levels, citations)
  • Generated reports and summaries
  • Interview preparation questions
  • Gap analysis results
  • Validation results and statistical metrics (ConKurrence)
  • AI Guide conversation responses

Provider claims no ownership interest in Outputs.

Human Oversight Requirements

The AI Services are designed as professional aids, not autonomous decision-makers.

  • Verifying citations against source evidence
  • Making all final determinations (Substantiated, Not Substantiated, Inconclusive)
  • Exercising independent professional judgment on all findings

For ConKurrence: Statistical validation results measure model agreement, not ground truth. Customer is responsible for interpreting statistical outputs and making decisions about evaluation quality.

Provider makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI Outputs for any particular purpose. AI Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations.

Approved Use Cases

The AI Services are designed for use by professionals in investigation, audit, compliance, evaluation, and oversight roles.
